I just saw on TV that Peter Jennings died.

That's so sad....he was a good news anchor and a good guy.

i was hoping to beat everyone else to it...

peter 7ennings was by far my favourite anchorman in the us media.

i grew up watching abc world news tonite at 5:30 local time, and it hasn't been the same since he announced in april that he had cancer.

indeed, a very sad story. i'd never have guessed he was 67 years old.

I grew up watching Peter Jennings he was a great broadcast journalist. He will be missed.

Very shocked and surprised to hear this news.

He was definitely one of the most "comforting" journalists out there.

Comforting is the perfect word to describe Peter Jennings. He was a very comforting presence after 9/11.
