there was a website that was similar to this one http://illustmaker.abi-station.com/index_en.shtml
except it was with a whole body and you could add clothes, accessories, etc.

anyone remember it? it's from a while back, but i know i've seen it recently but i can't find it

no it wasn't that one either but it was more similar to that than the other ones. it may have been a UK site or a canadian site. i don't think it had anything that was actually called "dolls". it's been several years ago so i'm not remembering it
