I think it's 98/99 just by looking at Bono and Edge. It looks like their Popmart/Post Popmart look.

Judging by Edge's facial hair, I'd say around 1997-98.

Adam's dad is taller than any of them, even his own son! Edge definitely looks like his dad; eyes, cheekbones, the longish face. Is Larry's dad the youngest, because he looks it. I think we can see where Jr. got his age-defying genes from!

And all eight of them look very good in suits.
