In San Diego they said no cameras, but the finer print really meant no big cameras with detachable lenses and such. You should be ok with a compact camera. There was/is another thread about all of this camera biz, but I'm too tired to look for it. See you San Jose

Hey, I think you sent me an e-mail earlier.....and I sent a reply, but was kind of confused about what you were speaking of, probably because I missed a previous e-mail or you sent it to the wrong person........
Anyway, I'll see you in San Jose.
I'm worried. They wouldnt let anyone have cameras at Staples.. they made them check them in and pick them up after the show. Even small digital cameras.

Yeah, I can attest first hand. I have a small Canon A95 that fits in my pocket and they wouldn't let me take it in. I was escorted to a guest courtesy area where they made me check it in for the show. At least they didn't make me walk it back to the car. No photos for me that night in L.A.
