Snippets added to end of Bad after "I'm not sleeping"

"I once met a girl or should I say she once met me
She showed me her room, isn't it good Norwegian wood...
When I get that feeling I want sexual healing
When I get that feeling I want sexual healing
When I get that feeling I want sexual healing
Love
Father Father (emotional)
Storm rising
Feel that boat capsizing
Hold on, rising, Oh, rising, rising
Oh rising,
Rise up, Love,
Rise up, Love
heal your day love(?), ride your day love(?)--not sure about these lines
Hold on, oh, oh
Storm"

Bono sings "Wide awake, wide awake... (long and drawn out)
I'm not sleeping."

"Thank you!"

"Yeah, thank you for a great week, thanks for supporting the One
campaign...I really believe this year we can do something special
together. Can't do it without you. Asking for your help."

Bono sings "How long to sing this song,
How long.." (Audience joins in) to sing this song?
Audience continues to sing without Bono

Bono says "Turn out the lights, Bruce."

Audience sings "how long to sing this song" at least six more times and then Bono says "Until Elvis comes back, that's how long".

Audience continues singing "How long..."

Larry's drums kick in and Bono says a final "How long..." Rest of band joins in again and then Bono says "thank you" again and then ends with "Oh yeah, oh, oh, Oh yeah"

Music ends, Bono says "God Bless you, good night."

If anyone at the show can clarify the ? words, that would be great.

The Elvis reference was because there was a guy who had front row seats behind the stage dressed as Elvis. Bono pointed the spotlight at him as he said that.
