I haven't posted poetry online for awhile.. so bear with me. I just wrote this little one a few minutes ago.

One thin line across the barrens
Divides us here and there again
I can see you in the desert
Stretched out lying in the sand
There are glares and there are visions
But all of them are incomplete
I wave my arms but there is no answer
As softness wanders into sleep.
