There's a limit to how much crazy people will take, and we're well past that limit.
The actually crazy people will continue believing that Trump is leading a secret revolution against satanic pedophiles and is the one true king.
Moderate democrats and independents have had enough of the horse shit. And so have the few remaining moderate Republicans. It's even creeping into regular old Republicans.
Agreed. We've had the January 6th hearings, and now there's all this stuff about the search of Mar-a-Lago...if all of that leads to Trump actually facing serious charges at long last, and people can see that something is finally, actually being done about him, for real, then it could restore some hope in people and encourage them to come out in droves to help ensure that he continues to face those consequences.
And outside of all the Trump drama, so long as the Democrats keep passing successful legislation, as they've been doing recently, that'll go a long way towards benefitting them, too. Here the GOP is pulling their stupid stunts and refusing to support a lot of this legislation, and here's the Democrats, actually doing their jobs and passing it. The choice is, or should be, at least, pretty simple, really.
And, of course, the overturning of Roe will also assuredly be a motivator for a lot of voters. If the results of the recent election in Kansas are anything to go by, that could, hopefully, be a sign of what's to come in terms of which way people will go in November, too.
I don't even want to think about the idea of a President DeSantis. Talk about a nightmare scenario.
