Without my guitar, I think he's playing the E string and B string alternately. The E string is open and then he's playing what I think are frets 10, 7 and 5 on the B string. Or close to that.

Here's how I play it. It's not dead on to that video but you can work from it. The articulation of each note is critical to the sound and that's something you can only really work out yourself.
