I don't think Paul holds his hand....he just holds the ice on Bono's shoulder for him. Ali holds Bono's hand a few times. Plus, she also grabs the drink between Bono's legs since it looks like Bono was about to spill it.

.....Not that I've watched it a few times.

Although he was in a lot of pain his arm wasn't broken. I had to go and watch it again to be sure.

As for Bono being in such pain in the car, he didn't suffer that much cuz he said he was hoping there would be a cute nurse in the hospital, lol.

If it was my hubbie, I would have hit him over the head though (and believe me, he would share the same hopes as Bono)
