Okay so the album is coming out on Feb 27 in some countries and March 3 in US.Does anyone know if the tracks can legally be posted to youtube on the 27th or does the album have to come out everywhere before that can happen?

I somehow doubt Universal would put the songs up on youtube, and so for anyone else to do it would be an illegal action, not legal
