It would be a nice change of pace to go out to the Tree and Zabriskie Point when it's not freezing. A car that has tread on the tires would be nice, too.

Maybe, but I'd rather avoid 90 degree weather. What dates are you going to be in Anaheim? I'm only going to be there from 5th to 8th. And I leave really early on the 8th too. So I only have 6th and 7th as full days.

but you don't have to go to the park to see joshua trees.

the alure of that should convince me to come.. It's just that theme parks don't interest me at all.....

I just had a thought that brought hapopy tears to my eyes. Life is NOT just U2. Friends are important. You should come. It will be an adventure.

The U2 Joshua tree isn't in JT national park. It's over 5 hours from the actual park

I've been, it;s a long drive. it's about four hours to the U2 Tree.

I well we have given so much to U2 and they have given us the gift of friendships from around the world. I do not want to miss out on seeing any one.

I was telling this exact thing to the computer lady when I picked up my computer. Not seeing friends is what is more heartbreaking. Some who we'll never see unless they fly out here for a show.
