Know what would be awesome? If there was some website that allowed you to sign up for a text message alert, sent straight to your cell phone, once a confirmed source announces that the song is available / has leaked. I have no idea if this is easy to do technologically (probably not, lol) but man oh man.... although we'd probably crash every U2-related website server around the globe, lol

There is, but I personally wouldn't be very happy to putting my cellphone number on the internet.
Plus, I'm not sure if there is a service that can send texts anywhere in the world.
