I can confirm that is a 100% legit rumour. A radio DJ in Ireland [Ian Dempsey] said he would have the album on Thursday.

Im pessimistic:| The great thing about being a pessmist is that when things go wrong you can say you were right all along and things go good you're pleasently surprised.

The reason they're not releasing this album in November is because so many other (more popular) bands are releasing albums in November as well and there's no way the band would be able to compete in the charts. So yes this is a calculated move.
