Aside from the fact you are backing up your own post, and that Bono, in all likelihood has a FENCE around his house - are you inferring that innocent people walking free on common use land is the same as someone trespassing on Bono's property?

I'm starting to understand why there are issues in America.

If you don't have even a basic grasp of the issues at play, then the rest of the world should feel scared that you get a say in who the "leader of the free world" is and they don't.
 
Illegal immigrants are coming in here and disabling spellchecks and autocorrects all across this great country. Will someone think about the American language?!
 
I have to confess I was demotivated with the 1st night videos.
Yesterday I guess they showed who U2 are. More vibrant versions of the songs, Bad... I enjoyed a lot seeing the videos.
Was New year's Day completely out of tune or was just way too low?

Red Hill is quite good even if I think that definitely Edge should go for the guitar instead of the piano.

NYD is tuned right down. SBS is back to an early 80s tuning.

NYD is a bit jarring, but I'm down if it means he can nail the album version
 
Still think they should be using the edges for some band shots, but I get what they're going for.

There were only issues in America when Barack Obama was President. He's gone and our country is getting stronger every day.

Nah. U2 has always been political...though since 2000 Bono definitely mostly stayed out of domestic politics. Mostly. It made sense for him to do that b/c he had to work with pols of all stripes to achieve his goal in Africa.

Now he's picking a side. That's his choice....I don't have a problem with that. That said, as much as I loathe Trump, I hope Bono doesn't go all Trump all the time at future shows. General statements about America living up to its promise and being an open, inclusive society are one thing. U2 has always done that. Making the show part of the anti-Trump "resistance" is another. It's boring.

I do agree about Lena Dunham....WTF? She has no business being up there with those other women.

But this poster doesn't any more. Ever since the US humiliated itself by electing Trump as the most incompetent global leader in living memory, Germany has become the leader of the free world.

Being from Austria/Europe ... a place in the middle of the Syrian refugee crisis, it makes me feel sad to see that such biased accusations can be heard everywhere... it's just different ethnic groups being defamed.

I was there for a month last year, and the only people I saw being in any way offensive were white people.

I forgot how much all you fuckers wanted to pick avocados in the blistering heat for less than minimum wage.

I have no idea how many people crossing the borders are rapists. I do know these things, though:

- Most illegal immigrants enter legally on planes and never leave.
- proportions are probably lower than for average Americans, and certainly lower than for American Presidents. This is based on the fact that most people cross the border out of desperation to provide for a family, not because they like fucking white girls
- it's actually your President that is the "rapiest"

Now that's more like it. I'm a bit over IWF but it seems like a fun ending to the show. I like leaving on high notes for sure.
