I wonder what they were actually in the middle of assemebling with in the context of the whole rocket.

notice how they have the protective like "clean room" garments on!

ETA
how did he feel about this
was it "just a job" ?

Or did he feel the breezes of HISTORY wafting around the building /area were they were working?

I'm not sure! This was right before I was born, and he left that type of work when I was still little. I'll have to ask him more about it. :hmm: I do know it was the NASA Gemini rocket program though. Maybe he'll remember more about what he actually did there.

The Night before last I couldn't get into here for 4 hours from around pg 32 onward... and barely got on after that... so i mised when this was psoted and almost all the reactions until later on!
So YESTERDAY to catch up I SKIPPED pgs 33 - 38/40 something and picked up the thread later.
I started on pg# 52 with the re-post of VP's "Glowing Python" coment. :eyebrow: LOL wt.....
Still I thought OK, cool..... some of one or more colored claw-lights are making "lit up" things even more so! :wink:

SO here am tonight playing cathcing up on those missed pages....dum dee dum...knowing I'll see some cool, hot stuff with mah grrls posting comments & photos.
but I DIDN'T expect .........

EXCUSE the Artist Speaking :wink: You would exsperience a similar incongruence yourself if someone was giving a psychological description, and used a somewhat inaccurate term say evaluting/expecting something and instead getting something else!

Glowing is a evenly gradiated surface with the center either being white or light-colored with the more intense bright color(s) suriounding the lighter center, and gradually fading away.
Now sparkling or glittering would be the more precise term.......because..

....that is a mass, a group(s) of often glowing things: often smaller, even teenier versions of glowingitem/etc either randomly, or more patternedly distributed things that make up the glitter/sparkle!

See I have had ro learn how to draw and paint glow, gliitter & sparkle in various Artistic Mediums when I do certain types of Magical, SF, R &R Art; either as seperate, or mixed- together themes - it hppenes to be something I specialize in!

i rmember when they would wheel in at grade school, these TV's up on 6 foot high TV stands so the whole class would see,,,we watched the ?Mercury and early Gemini flights! :hyper:

well.....:giggle: must straggle off to sleep!:D

Luckily tho i have a bunch of things to do tomorrow one ia a major period of relaxing while it is NOT super hot and humid (yet), to balance things out.
And i don't have to be up before 12:30PM.
it should be a prettygood sleep!

Well Flemish people usually don't have a temper. They're all relaxed and lazy and "tomorrow" ish. It's the Dutch that have a temper, and they're about to feel it! :angry:
