I just spent the last hour trying to record acoustic Bowie covers. Not going well. My vocals on "Five Years" ended up being too loud for the microphone, my timing on "Queen Bitch" was off, and I can't remember the chords in the middle of "Rock n Roll Suicide."

Only "Moonage Daydream" seems to be remotely decent.

Hard to describe. Just odd habits, odd when interacting with people, etc.

That's not surprising. He seems awfully quirky.

What's wrong with the old box of wine? And what happened to it on the way to your parents' house?

A 16 track that cost me a grand.

4 track recorders cost like $100 though. They sound terrible, but that may just appeal to you.

I have to admit it....when my stupidity gets repeated, I crack up. I've seen Powerjuice references in a few different threads, not at all instigated by any of us, and it makes me smile.
