U2 UK Car registration plate in Preston UK

Does anyone know how much U2 as a car reg plate is worth in the UK ?
The car is parked about 400 yards from my house and is on a silver mini.
I often wonder if the owners have had contact with the band or even know the band.
Anyone any more info ?

why would anyone want a U2 number plate tho....?

You can buy it off of them if you want to..

I dont think u understand. I dont know if you are in the UK or not but you can buy personalised car number plates which are very fashionable at the moment - PNE 1 is worth about £10,000.
BT 1 is worth about 70k.
U2 must be worth al least that.
There is only 1 in the country and it is near my house !!!!!!

I saw a limo around the time of the Pop tour with the registration "Pop" here in Dublin. I often wondered if U2 were inside it.

brianpotter-they have a web site here in US that has all the U2 fans license plates on them!! quite a collection, too!! go see it! PS; did not realize plates were so expensive there in the UK! Wow!!
