I'm curious to know.. from the Aussies, for which of you will this be the first time EVER seeing U2?
This will be my first time...I'm kind not feeling 100% excited as yet though...I mean my seats are third level, way up, so I won't be able to see much, and I want to be jumping and screaming and singing, and clapping and whatever else, and if I'm the only one doing it aroudn me it might take away from the night. It's a rock concert, if I get told to sit down I won't be very happy. But still.
28 days to go...
I hope they play Stay, I want to hear Bono sing "Miami, New Orleans, London, Belfast, MEL-BIN"
No seriously, cos I'm a U2 concert virgin I need tips. When should I rock up. What time does it start. Can I run and stand at the barriers on Level 3. Will I be able to get on the bottom floor, maybe have a look at U2, even yell something at them when the concert's finished. Do they always play encores or does it depend on crowd reaction. How long usually between encores.
What I want to know mostly is will U2 come back at least once more before they retire? Cos I want to be at a concert where I'm right up front.
My friend is in the idiot box, but she's not the fanatic I am...
So unfair!
She told me the other day, I really love Johnny Cash, he's great. And I said, you know he did a song with U2? And she was like, "NO WAY!" And I thought, I want your tieckts.
