U2.com driving me NUTS

PLEASE HELP! Iam trying to subscribe to U2.com and it wont frigging let me. Every user name that I try just comes back as "invalid". Ive tried and tried and tried. I want to subscibe to be entitled to the priority tickets. I am really pissed off with it now and Im starting to look like Kojak. Can anyone help?
