you may have had a valid point chelsy, but you went about voicing your opinion in a VERY bad way! keep working at it though, your communication skills will get better with practice and experience
this is your assumption (we may never know the answer to this one), personally i don't think they would care. they have been in the business for longer than you have been alive, so i am sure they have dealt with stuff like this in the past from women ACTUALLY following them and wanting 'things' from them. they are grown men they would/will decide for themselves what choice they would make when placed in that situation. they certainly don't require the assistance of a 13yr old to help them keep their morals in check.

Wow, the first time I come back in a while and the first thing I get to read are your wonderful thoughts.
When did it suddenly bcome wrong to fantasize about men? Is there something wrong with us because we think about men sexually? And yeah you're 13 and all, and you don't have to like them sexually, for whatever reason you want. And that's fine with me, whatever floats your boat. But does that give you the right to come in here and criticize the people who like them for those reasons? Well, guess what? I'm 15 and I like them. And guess what else? I like them as well as people my own age. So it's not like I walk around all day checking out 40 year old men. I just happen to like them physically, and it's never been an issue for me that they are older than me.
We all like them for their music, otherwise we wouldn't be here. That's the reason I found this website in the first place. It's because I love U2. Before I even knew had sexual thoughts about them I listened to their music, and their music is what has made me a fan. When I see and hear a band, I don't critique them on whether or not they are hot or whatever, but by the music. And then if I happen to find them attractive, that's my deal. Did you really expect to come in here and convince everyone that we should stop liking them U2 like that? Yeah sometimes the place can get a bit crazy, but you have to realize that it's all fun and games, and that these things should not be taken in all seriousness, as you seem to be. Not everyone here is as sex-obsessed as you are making us out to be, and we do have lives outside this as well.
And I really don't appreciate the way you're speaking, you're not exactly getting any respect for throwing around words like "fag" and stuff like that. I hate that word, it makes me uncomfortable when it's just thrown around like that, and it makes me feel that you don't act and think as maturely as you should. And there are people in this forum who are young and who actually act their age, or are more mature than their years.
But I don't appreciate the lecture. If you really have a serious problem with it, than I don't think you should be here. I mean, nobody's holding you back. Otherwise, just lighten up a little, okay?

I have the utmost respect for the teenagers around here. They are mature, smart, funny, articulate and just alot of fun to talk to.
Not to make an example of anyone, but I was shocked to find out that Phuzzie was so young because she's so damn smart and even more shocked that Lilly was only 17 when I started talking to her because not only is she smart, but she's more mature and level headed than I am at times.
Chesly, take a look at how the other teenagers here are able to express their feelings without name calling or put downs or over-use of silly slang. You might learn something.

Well, I don?t really agree on this post. No, none of us in here will ever get married to Bono, but that doesn?t mean that we?re not allowed to dream. If the world was all about facing facts and being serious, I think alot more people would commit suicide. No offense intended, but I think it?s alright to be a dreamer and float on a daily basis - I do it myself. Very nice, highly reccomendable.
