Okay this is some more... i dont think its complete.. but anyway here it is...
everything fades away,
my luck slides away
but if you forget me,
dont forget me too soon .
i'm a loser but
I am different from everybody else
if choices belonged to me
about what i forgot and what i kept,
you would never have felt
the need for this request
but until we're close
we'll walk side by side,
innoncently ignoring the fact
we're on parallel lines.
if i only could think like you
if i could see what you see
i should have known this
this life is too complex to be known
parallel lines never meet
but i'm glad they will never go apart
they are like two shores
from the mountains to the sea
you are so optimistic that
it worries me,
will you be able to handle it
when reality kicks in?
i don't want to open my eyes either
when dreams are in sight
refuse to believe we are scared
to admit what's wrong and what's right
life is walking on that street
without realising there is no coming back
honesty is a dangerous pratice
its better to deceive at times
but you havent learnt that art
and i am yet to improve that skill
i was getting lost, you pulled me out
now i can steal anything i like
this one-way street might throw
some surprises during time
the steps are likely to disappear
slowly as you climb.
i do not deserve your praises,
in times of need i might be hard to find
will you blame me if you turn around
and do not see me walking behind?
i may be on wrong path
but you never know till you've walked through
you cant take back what you already gave
yes i know it will come someday
my luck unfolds - you see it slip away
but i'll keep the promise i never made
you say you said it all
and i am yet to introduce myself
i wish i could see things like you
from your positiveness i could learn
think of the good that lies ahead instead
of the problems after each turn.
we are so similar and still
differences lie between you and me
faced with a closed door, i'd turn back
whereas you would search for a key.
breaking a dream for something real
is not what i will dream of doing
they say i sleep a lot
i havent found something waking up for
one day, yes..one day i will realise
how a silly way of living life it was
you only know what i tell you
