Ah yes, you mean the loonie and the toonie.

When the toonie ($2 dollar coin) was introduced some of us Canadians wanted to call it the 'dubloonie' or 'doubloonie' but it never caught on.

A good named - wasted :D

Canadians say "eh" at the end of each sentence

Americans say "y'all" at the end of each sentence

It's that simple :wink:

Wait, I've just remembered I noticed a tiny difference once. One of Brian's aunties moved to Canada aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages ago and now of course she sounds Canadian, specially when she says "up" or "about". We used to tease her with the phrase "up and about" all the time.
