I can do the same thing.

When I took all that time off for July 2010, my boss let me book it off way in advance. The rule is that you can only book off a month in advance but I was talking to her about it a few months before, and she said she'd book it off for me but to just not tell anyone

So I gotta tell her again in the spring about this summer. I'm not worried cuz I know I'll get it off. I'll just explain that I've had these tickets since November 2009

Exactly...these are plans long in the making. I have to let mgmt know when I will be away by February so they can work with the full timers' vacations and stuff.

I cannot wait to say I will be gone all of July and get called a groupie again

I wish it was in the same timeframe as Montreal/Toronto. Or just with the other string that I'm doing. I would be going if it wasn't for the wierd timing. I couldn't afford a whole separate trip so far away...all the other cities are like, in a line, on one giant trip.

K my mom just called and asked if I wanted to take a drive down to the border with her after she's done work to pick up a package. She ordered some shoes. Of course I said yes. Screw studying

That's the beauty of living 45 minutes away from Minnesota

When my friends and I all turned 18, we drove down to the states a lot because there is a casino as soon as you cross over the border that allows 18 year olds to gamble. Here it's 19.
