Ok, Pagan was not the word i was looking for, but tried to correct with Diests.
But you know what, it doesn't fucking matter what they were as they understood the government didn't need to be religious or lean towards one denomination/God.
I'm sure there were some catholics, Church of England, and potentially Lutherns as well. But i'm positive there were some that didn't believe in a xtian god and maybe didn't believe in one at all.

The problem is the members of the voting public who believe she is stating facts-or just want to believe that she is. That's the real danger.
God, yes. I'm not sure sometimes who I find more irritating when I see/hear clips of Sarah speaking-her, or the people in the crowd cheering her enthusiastically, thinking she's said something profound or clever or even remotely intelligent.
I think the most telling line is from the Declaration of Independence:

I believe they understood that it was up to the individual to decide who their Creator was. I think there is a HUGE difference in the document between Creator and God.
