Yeah, I did just a teeny tiny one - ran just under 2 miles then went to pick up my little one and we played in the pool. Then he wanted to go to the high school football game so we went to that - just for the half time show

well, having some fun {thank goodness), inbetween being incredibly sad and angry here & there.......

i took m y self out to Whole Foods which has a great set of hot & cold sald and food bars

and I got to photograph the Lotuses
up in tthe Brookyn Boptanical Garden on Tues ( it's free all day)
so I was looking over the pics while I was eating.....

it was raining lightly around 10:30 PM when i left Soho area...it was coming down more when I got here 11:30 but NOT YET with the "buckets"

depends just where the tropical stoorm swings by Long Island we''ll probably have worse rain tomoorow

Sorry, I was on the phone with another interferer working on Rose bowl plans.

yeah Daz, LA is only about 6 hrs away. I just don't make decisions very well and well, there are about a million hotels to pick from!

I haven't run outside really since April, when it starts getting hot and I won't be able to before my next race. It's hard to run on a treadmill - I can only do about 2.5 miles. On a trail though I can usually do 5, sometimes more. I want it to get cooler It's supposed to be 105 all weekend!!!!!!!

altho since we have had occasioanl 100F days here in NYC a dry 100 is better than a humid 100F trust me on this!
