is there any info on the songs Moving On and My Time Has Come

If you have the bootleg Lucille they have a soundcheck on the end of disc two which plays My Time Has Come and Moving On now Moving On caught my attention and I was curious if there is any info on it?

I have a version of "My Time Has Come" I got from kazzaa.
it's just a jam really, nothing special. Pretty sure it's from a soundcheck on the JT tour.
