From which Single on the singles were also issued as a CD-Maxi?

CD maxi? a 3"? I'm not sure if I understand your question, but if I do, I have Angel of Harlem on a CD3 single. Is this it?

How can I get CD singles of any single off of The Joshua Tree and/or R&H? I've been looking for them for a LONG time. The Joshua Tree/Rattle and Hum period, for U2, was the best period, in my opinion. I'm American, so it's kind of difficult to get a European CD, or order from a "Euro Currency ONLY" company over the net. Can you help me?
