Edge has the inside word

You could have the new U2 CD in your hot little hands by next summer.
And that is no off the wall prediction from Miss Cleo. The news comes from inside the band, U2 guitarist, the Edge told Ireland?s Hot Press magazine, that the NMC eCharting artists want the new album completed and in stores by mid-2003.
He also said that the band is on a roll in the studio, and likened the new recordings' sound to U2's early days, with "simple, stripped-down arrangements."
