No critique whatsoever, I was genuinely curious as I did not understand. The explanation makes sense though and of course I am happy about the generous share.
Felt irritated after having them copy Volcano yet again during American Soul, but seeing that some lyrics of Iris have now been re-used as well, thinking whether this is done on purpose (rather than just being lazy) to come full circle as part of the Innocence-Experience flair..?
Just for my understanding, why are these leaks always lacking in quality?
20 years ago I would have understood, but today there's a guy with a CD and rips it to mp3.. ?? :hmm:
Could well be, I'm not saying he never used Fender (Blues Jr. has been on board since ZooTV e.g.), but what I mean is that I associate edge with a cap, an Explorer and a Vox amp. :)
It'd be just as strange as e.g. Line6 having an Edge Echo Edition (EEE sounds awesome by the way). When I think...
I understand why Edge is having his signarure series and special editions now with Fender, but still:
Special editions and signature guitars should be linked closely to what you associate with an artist. And when I think of Edge, I don't think of a Fender Tweed but VOX to start with. Edge just...

Let's wait for the official announcement.
And if I remember correctly you'll also find it on the Chicago DVD and also Brooklyn Bridge. As said, anything past Leg 2 he stopped for the most part.
Yes but only on the Vertigo Tour and mostly 1st leg, I think he switched here and there already in Europe and it got lost sometime after that.
Check out some footage from first leg you'll surely find examples.
Ouch.
Even though Al Qaeda might have seemed like the Mickey Mouse version of what ISIS is pulling off today, saying they were "still rooted in Islam" is just wrong. Political or not, nowhere in Islam does it say "hijack a plane and fly into a tower to destroy innocent lives"...
Al Qaeda seem...
Amazing how some think 2001 was a low?!
He sure had problems, but that crack and grit he had in his voice (listen to "Kite" live performances) were majestic. I can still hear him shout "the goal is soul" and boy, soul he did have. I loved his voice in 2001.
