oK I just returned from seeing Pacific Rim and holy crap it was great. It was just a good old fashioned monster movie. Loved it.It had both serious and comedy sides to it and the comedy had me laughing out loud like I haven't done in a movie for a while. I mean not roll on the floor LOLing but just good fun stuff. Anyway,
Oh, and Charlie Hunnam. Yeah.
Lately, I've come to appreciate Charlie a lot more.
And, Idris Elba is in that...

Not to mention the team of Burn Gorman and Charlie Day. All of them were outstanding and had me cracking up. What a refreshing movie.

Unfortunately, the 747 aeroplane bringing the band's equipment didn't cope quite so well, being hit by a flock of seagulls en route and getting grounded for several days. This meant the gear didn't arrive until the afternoon of show day. Edge was heard to mutter that he really wasn't bothered by the incident, but it would have been more tolerable if the plane had been hit by a decent band.

So lately I've been feeling that "pull" from U2. Everything seems to be pointing me to them again. Been digging through old fics, watching the old dvds again, just...everything.
Could that be my inner Adam radar telling me we're close???
On a side note, how is everyone?? We're pretty good here. Eager to get Lil CK back to school. FroBaby is 17 mos already and literally a jumping bean. She learned to jump this week.
It's finally raining heavily after not having a single drop the entire month! Nice change, and it'll dry up again tonight so my barbecue won't be ruined! 
I kinda left the cat outside when I went for a shower, and it started pouring sometime when I was under the shower. Poor thing.
My mind dove straight into the gutter and refuses to come up for air.

It doesn't help that today I stumbled across an old video from pre-360 that Adam did IN HIS BATHROBE. Someone needs to make me a gif file of him sitting down and...adjusting.
