Ah, The Edge and the man that a recent newspaper article referred to as looking like a "slightly malevolent garden gnome" - two of my favourite musicians! I'd have liked to be there, wherever it was!

I'm kind of nervous about that as well
:reject:

I'm not exactly in a perfect spot to begin with...

I think in Chicago, we'll be far enough down the side, and far enough up, that we'll be able to see. Not so sure about Charlottesville, though--we're kinda low, and one of the legs might be in the way.

1975 LP Custom! Nice! Got lovely pics of this auctioned guitar (posted in the past) when Guitar Center had it on display.

Up close... you can see LOTS of damage. Looks like it was dragged down a dirt road in Dallas, not by Dallas!

But I'd STILL be willing to lovingly 'house' the guitar for them, should it need a proper home. :D

Mmmmmm... sparkly Line 6 "Love and Peace" Variax 700. (Lest we forget, Sparky and his not so sparkly Lakland Darryl Jones model bass)

Chas from The Joshua Tree has one. His is Edge in Edge approved Silver Sparkle. They don't come in that finish but Chas refinished his. It looks stunning. Plays great. Sounds lovely.

I played "In Gods Country" on his, with JT, a few years back.
