Kupchak is looking like a genius, now that Bynum is playing the way he is.
Also, Farmar's first night back a couple of days a go was amazing.

Yeah, I hope that Andy Bynum's knee injury isn't too serious this time around. He'd been a monster in the last couple Lakers games I've watched.

Meanwhile, the Bullies have won three straight! :edge:

So he can do dunks that aren't real dunks in a superman cape?

I guess it could be worse, although he was only supposed to be out for 8-12 weeks last time and look what happened.

The difference between this year and last year, though, is that they didn't have Ariza either. There's no doubt they're making the playoffs, and while their seed might be different now, if Bynum can be back by that point there's no reason to get too worried.

I wish your seed would have been different before you helped conceived Lance.

Kobe FTW.

And I doubt this is his last huge scoring outburst of the season, as he'll be shouldering even more of the load with Bynum out. I feel privileged to have been able to watch the guy throughout his entire career. He's just amazing.

well...

that was nice.

jordan's 55 was still more impressive because they needed all 55 of those points (and the 2 from big bill wennington) just to win the game at the buzzer.

but very impressive by Kobe none the less... the free throws were the most impressive... what was he, 18 of 18?

his one deep-step (spin) jumper late in the game was certainly his most impressive move. it was olajuwon-esque.

and now the knicks get lebron and then the celtics. fun week.

So Jameer Nelson dislocated his shoulder last night. Best case scenario: he misses the All-Star Game and Skills Challenge and comes back in a couple weeks... Worst case scenario: I don't even wanna know.

61 points.

Madison Square Garden record.

STILL THE BEST.
That was fun to watch.

well said, I feel the same way.

With the timing of this post, you have to officially be considered a jinx.
That's what I thought when it happened. Dammit.

He went 20/20.

The fact that the fans chanted "MVP" for Kobe at MSG and gave him a standing ovation, that was special.

Celtics and Cavs in the next few days.....I can not wait.

:OUdancingelephant:

Darrell Armstrong's suit was the best part of that game... he looked like he was wearing a duster. Amazing.

Bad shooting night for the Magic, but the Dirks outplayed them pretty much the whole way through... and it was the 2nd night of a back-to-back in fucking Canada, so there's that.

I'm just giving you a hard time. It is what it is. The Mavs aren't going anywhere anyhow.

And I'm glad to see NSW rubbed off on everyone in using OU to counteract just about anything I say.

True.

Damn skippy.

I just noticed that, eww, that's gross. I hope it's bone, if not I'd want to lance it...
