Mp3 Player and Itunes

I have an mp3 player (samsung yepp thing) and I stopped using it when I got my ipod shuffle. Now my shuffle is not working, I want to change the music on the mp3 player. I deleted what I had on it and now want to add music I have since bought from the itunes store, and also my old cd's I have since uploaded to the itunes library that I had never bothered with before. Please tell me where I start? I am lost. Is this even possible? Should I be hiring the neighbours 8 yr old child to do this for me? HELP!!!
