it's official# the overrated samurai

just finished watching the last samurai...overrated.

good...but WAY overrated

like the atkins diet

I didnt watch it. I got put off by the way Nicole Kidmans sister kept annoucing on the tv it as The Last Sam-U-R-eye.

I don't think it works on many levels.

one is Tom Cruise. He acts good, but he doesn't work in these period pieces. it takes you right out of the story.
