I went to 2 exhibits today and they were both wonderful.
First we saw Dali and I was completely blown away. It was a collection of his lithographs, drawings, sculptures etc, no paintings but was still awesome. I bought lots of prints too.
I also got to see some Smart and Drysdale. There was a bit of an Aussie art thing in the room next to it and I had so much fun wandering around looking at all these Roberts and Heysen works. Yay for landscapes. Gawd I'm dull!
Then we went to see the Masters Drawings. Even after 500 years they impress. Fantastic stuff.

I wrote biographies of Heysen and ST Gill for Year 12 Art History...fascinating stuff it was too.
