How long....can U2 go on?

They seem to de denying convention. No band has ever gone on this long and remained important/credible/cool/successful/relevant throughout.

How long can U2 go on? Well, not very long since they are already in their downhill path.

How do they do it? Through shrewd marketing and good business strategies (i.e. Ipod tie-up).
