60 Minutes Segment 2001

I'm sure this question would have been asked before but it wouldn't let me do a search to find out.
In the 60 Minutes segment from 2001, Bono takes the reporter for a drive in his car and flicks on an unfinished song that he sings along with, goes something like "Everywhere you go, you shout it... You don't have to be shy about it"
Does anyone know anything about this song. It sounds really good, and kind of reminds me of Kite.
 
It also reminds me to "Kite" but I think even with more guitars. I'm sure that if this song is "Original of the species" they've added more guitars and effects for "How to dismantle an atomic bomb", they can't copy and paste the song without making any change.
