well i should get back to helping people move in...even though i'm not much of a help because alot of pickup trucks are pulling up and i'm not tall enough to reach in!

I did check the door, it was locked. That's what the problem was. There are two doors to the bathroom, one from our room and one from their room. When you go in you have to lock and unlock both...they had forgotten to unlock ours last time they used it.
