Rheostatics...

I just rediscovered my Rheostatics Cd. I find that I don't get a lot of what they're talking about...being not Canadian and all...but anyway. Um, I think the one I have is called Night of the Stars or something (too lazy to go check) and I'm wondering if

1. anyone else listens to them
2. if so any other albums you recommend?

Very pop-based. Their name sounds too much like REO Speedwagon.
