haha, yes. but how much can YOU tell ME about the southwest?

it's funny, i have lived on the east coast, and i have lived on the west coast. all i have ever seen of the middle of our lovely country is what i've seen from a train window. the midwest is as foreign to me as an entirely different country, but what i have seen is beautiful. i also noticed, from the train, that there is A LOT of corn out there.

seriously, though, it doesn't necessarily make someone an idiot just because they don't know much about somewhere they have never been. unless they've gone out of their way to study it, it's not unusual that they aren't going to know much about it.
