I'm taking a photoshop class I might ask my instructor to show me how to get out watermarks. She's pretty cool so I don't think she would think I am a total freak if I used a U2 picture as an example. I love going to the lab and playing around on the program before class so I might as well do something constructive while I'm there!

Anyone know why Edge is wearing an eye patch in these pictures? Was he just being silly or was he really hurt? I know he got hit in the head by a bottle or two back in the day...

Do you have any idea of when abouts this performance was? Maybe someone on U2tours.com did a write-up about that show and Edge's eye patch (odd).

Maybe the book "U2 A Concert Documentary" has some information about it. I don't have a copy but someone around here must. I guess we'll have to keep on posting those pics until the mystery is solved because that is just odd.

He does look a lot like a young Bruce Springsteen in the early pics, esp. the wavy dark hair and the cheekbones.

This is a great thread, lots of gorgeous photos of our amazingly handsome guitarist. And he does look especially good in black! (Though I'd like to see him in green, to bring out his eyes.)
