Please send a prayer, good thoughts and vibes my dads way, he went into have surgery today for a hernia and it was more complicated than the doctors had anticipated. So he will be staying over night. The doctor said that he will be in alot of pain.
My dad is no spring chicken but in excellent shape, but I am still worried a little.

How did your dad's surgery go JC?

It was supposed to be simple but it turned out to be an extra hour and the Drs. needed to do more than what they thought. It was supposed to be ambulatory. I think he might come home tomorrow, not sure though.
