Okay, Stooooooopid question time

I'm thinking of making a new buddy icon for my AIM. Can I take a regular picture and "shrink" it down to fit? If I can, how so?

I have an idea- when you click properties on a thumbnail pic it posts small, so I bet if you saved it as a thumbnail or used its properties it would stay small. Find a site that has really small thumbs. Think it'll work?

Daisy, you can use a regular pic...I use "Paint" to shrink it to a size that will fit...
