Edge and owls.

(yes going back in time here) But you remember the Zoo doc. and R1 interview and Edge talkin about owls.

anyhow, anyone know if Edge is interested in Wildlife/birds, as a hobby? Cause I wondered in the few seconds shot they show Edge tell the cameraguy what type of owl that they are hearing, was that shot quickly just for the doc? or did Edge do some sort of 30 min doc. on owls/birds?


I think its cool. for a moment you get to step outside U2 while watching U2.

That is interesting actually, especially because he owns land...and he bought additional land in Malibu too so I wonder if maybe part of it could be for the privacy and part for some kind of conservation?

Edge was just being cheeky. A little odd that an owl is active during the day, no?

He talked about how he captured and observed a funnel-web spider in Australia in his online diary during the latest tour. (It was one of those members-only things on U2.com, but someone posted it here.) He also talked about barkless sheepdogs in another one. It was pretty cool. Based on that, and the owl thing, I'd say that he is interested in nature.

If anyone has these, please post! I wouldn't mind reading them again myself.
