What's the theme behind the Vertigo tour?

Elevation was a celebration, and cut loose -- from what I've seen about Vertigo, it's mixed, part of it is dark, and the other part reflection on the past and future...
 
Human rights in the "coexist" and reading the UN document on that topic, also in the Africa part of the show with the One campaign messaging.

Reflection on the past, playing the first album, ending with 40, having Bullet + Running like JT tour, Zoo station and The fly with Bono hopping around and words flashing on the light bulbs like Zoo TV.
