Two Questions about times!

Ticketmaster says tickets will be on sale 10am - what time zone??
Also, what is a good time to get in line for GA's in San Diego if I'm lucky enough to find some? Night before? Early morning?
If I get tickets, the friend coming with me isn't hot on the idea of waiting in line just to stand at the back of the arena...any suggestions on what time would give us the best shot at close to stage?

I believe 10 am of where the venue you're trying to buy from is. Caveat: I think.

For waiting in line - I don't mean to buy, I mean for the day of the show (if I can find GA's) - what's a good time to get there to wait til doors open.

I thinks ticket sales are local venue time too - thanks.
