Propaganda/New U2.com Question???

After reading "More on the New U2.com Memberships" story I'm wondering what do you do if you are a Propaganda member and haven't received your letter and unique ID???

Have people out there received this?

If you are a member, but haven't received this, will that effect your chances of good seats or seats at all?

Theres a thread in "everything you know is wrong" that explains all of this. Basically you have to sit and wait for your letter right now or at least until the new site is open and they have some contact info.
