Besides being in the wrong sub-forum (this is clearly for site news/help), I don't know if the mods will allow this anyway. So, before the lock, here's the video for anybody who is actually curious - and yes it sounds awful, I couldn't listen to it.

"Mediocrity is never so dangerous as when it is dressed up as sincerity." - Søren Kierkegaard

Ian McCulloch the U2 fan:
"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

what the fuck even is this?

Doing that process is pointless. It doesn't "strip all studio effects" at all. The result will depend entirely on how the mix is put together, and which elements are assigned to each channel. What is left for this process is a mess of digital scarring that sounds like an awful audio abortion. If this is interesting, I would hate to hear one that isn't!
