I have a weird problem and have talked to one other person so far who has had the same one. Whenever I get an IP number that begins with a 64, and sign into this forum, it tells me the administrator has banned my IP address! I have had this happen EVERY time my dialup gives me an IP beginning in 64. Is it a glitch in the system, or maybe some guy who used that IP the last time it came up in the pool was banned? I know from working with computers that IP's are released once you hang up, and they go back into the pool and are recycled. Sometimes you might get the same one again or you might get one that somebody else was using when they got banned?

my guess is that it's because someone was banned with a 64 ip. however, i'll leave it up to the mods to give a definite answer.
