Who likes haiku?

I do!

Here's one I wrote, though it doesn't quite fit the standard convention:

Decaying oak leaf husk
and chatter of startled wings
Cheers a vacant street

The best haiku though was one some guy in my class wrote when we were supposed to be wandering around outside in the winter collecting inspirations for our haiku:

This excercise sucks
I think I'll go to the store
eighty cent gum. wow.
